MVH Report Requirements for Indiana

We have currently added 6 of the 8 reports that were listed in the June 12, 2017 memo from the State Board of Accounts. The Cost Distribution Ledger-Allocated Costs has been added to two modules…Daily Crew Worksheet and Accounting…The report in Daily Crew Worksheet would represent work that has been completed during the year and the report in Accounting would include the actual expenditures during the year. We have questions on the remaining 2 reports (Equipment Operating Expense and Employee Time Allocation Record). The June 29, 2017 memo states the report requirements may change…currently waiting on the changes. Please inform us of any updates and visit us at our fall seminars! Thanks!
