Road Inventory records are updated when the Daily Crew Worksheet ‘Work Date’ is more current than the Road Inventory (Culvert/Bridge/Sign/Guardrail) ‘Maintenance Date”.
GPI Inventory- When Inventory Item is SIGN, CULVERT, GUARDRAIL, indicate in GPI Inventory as CULVERT/BRIDGE/SIGN/GUARDRAIL INVENTORY = “Y”

CULVERT-BRIDGE

Project/Detail Entry – When Bridge/Culvert entered, update Bridge/Culvert Inventory record:
Date-Last Update = Work Date
Culvert-Bridge Condition = Excellent
Culvert-Bridge Route, Road Name, Log Point, From and To Locations, Road Section, Township updated from DWS entry
Culvert-Bridge Length
Culvert-Bridge Year Modified = YEAR of Work Date
If DWS “MATERIAL” ENTRY is CULVERT/BRIDGE INVENTORY (Y in GPI):
· Date Last Repair/Replaced = Work Date
· Culvert/Bridge Inventory Item = DWS Material

SIGN

Project/Detail Entry – When Sign entered, update Sign Inventory record:
Sign Maintenance Date = Work Date
Sign Condition = Excellent
Sign Route, Road Name, Log Point, Location, Road Section, Township updated from DWS entry
Material entered will show on Sign Material List
If DWS “MATERIAL” ENTRY is SIGN INVENTORY (Y in GPI):
· Sign Visibility = Excellent
· Sign Reflectivity = Excellent
· Sign ‘Times Replaced’ = Incremented by 1
· Sign Replacement Date = Work Date
· Sign Inventory Item = DWS Material
· Sign Replacement Cost = Cost of Materials, Labor, Equipment on DWS entry
Use RIGHT MOUSE CLICK menu option (from Sign ID field) to create SIGN MAINTENANCE RECORD

GUARDRAIL

Project/Detail Entry – When Guardrail entered, update Guardrail Inventory record:
Date Last Repair/Replaced = Work Date
Guardrail Condition = Excellent
Guardrail Route, Road Name, Log Point, From and To Locations, Township
If DWS “MATERIAL” ENTRY is GUARDRAIL INVENTORY (Y in GPI):
· Guardrail Material Makeup = DWS Material
