The Government Accounting System was designed with the assistance of many government offices to manage the budget of offices that use diversified bookkeeping methods. This system will track funds, budget accounts, purchase orders, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and transfer transactions. This program has been customized to work for many different offices. Custom purchase orders, vouchers and receipts can be printed.
Interfaces: This system has import and export procedures in place for Harris Computer Systems. Fixed Asset Inventory, Fleet Maintenance and Garage and Parts Inventory Modules can be updated with Invoice detail entries made in the Accounting Module. Receipt entries can be created from the Accounts Receivable Module. Voucher entries can be created from the Payroll Module. Financial Information (Vouchers/Purchase Orders/Invoices/Receipts) can be included in Work Order Status Reports in the Response Log and Pavement Management Modules.
