The Daily Crew Worksheet System assists road and street departments with managing and tracking road maintenance costs. Manage FEMA projects and print the FEMA Materials Summary Sheet Report, FEMA Force Account Labor Summary Record Report and FEMA Force Account Equipment Summary Record Report. Compare ACTUAL COSTS to ESTIMATED COSTS for road projects. Labor, material, and equipment costs can be tracked by: Township, Vendor, Date, Foreman, Account, Program, Project Code, Work Order, Route, Road Name, Road Section, Any Change in Road Location (Route/Road Name/Beginning and Ending Log Point/Beginning and Ending Location), Employee, Material, Equipment and Work Code (type of work).
This system interfaces with Softwork’s A/R Management, Accounting, Payroll, Garage and Parts Inventory, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, Sign, Culvert-Bridge, Guardrail, Response Log and Pavement Management systems. Create billing records in the A/R Management System, select Accounts from the Accounting System, create material usage records and update material quantity on hand in the Garage and Parts Inventory System and select equipment from the Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance System. Records can be created and updated in Sign Management, Culvert-Bridge Management and Guardrail Management. Work Orders created in Pavement Management or Response Log can be linked to the work recorded in this system. Actual Costs can be compared with Estimated Costs of Projects. Payroll can be created from Daily Crew Worksheet entries.
