The Garage and Parts Inventory System tracks all consumable inventory and associated transactions. Current inventory information is maintained in the Inventory Master File. Quotes, orders, receipts, usage, and adjustments are maintained in detail files. Vendor and Vendor price information can also be maintained. Screen browses, pre-defined queries, detail, and summary reports provide quick and easy access to information required for accurate control of inventory. Material Usage records are created in the Daily Crew Worksheet system, Fleet Maintenance, Sign Maintenance, Government Accounting and Accounts Receivable systems.
