The Address Management System will allow maintenance of address records. Keep data entry consistent with popup selection of roads, townships, school districts, fire districts, voting precincts, EMS districts, utilities, and mail routes. A default CITY, STATE, ZIP, and TOWNSHIP may be stored on the System Variables menu (System-System Variables). These fields will not need to be entered for each address, unless the information is different than the defaults stored by the system. Print reports, labels, or a directory based on road, route, house number, last name, phone, township, zip, school district, voting precinct, or fire district. Assign house numbers using the Address Worksheet. Duplicate records and change house numbers for faster data entry.
