The Inventory Master File contains Inventory Number (unique # used to identify the item), Type, Alternate Item Number, Make, Model, License Number, Year, Title, Serial Number, Purchase Date, Purchase Price, Department, Present Value, Quantity, Disposition Of Property, Equipment #, Miles/Hours, Body, Territory, Driver, Motor, Vendor, Capacity, Replacement Value, Trade In Value, Salvage Value, Annual Operating Costs, and Useful Life (years), Condition, Purchase Order Number, Voucher Number, Asset Number, Date Archived, Comments and an open ended MEMO.
